In addition to providing "local indication" in the form of a dial indicator, Accurate Controls offer equipment to provide a duplicate of the indication at a distance from the instrument thereby providing "remote indication". This can be in the form of a signal for a data collection system (SCADA), a repeat digital display or a combination of both.

Accurate Controls offer remote indication solutions, LV5 and LV10 that can either be used in conjunction with existing equipment or can be fitted to our range of instruments for transformer monitoring. The outputs are:

  • Milli-amp (mA) output as 0-10mA, 0-20mA, 2-10mA and 4-20mA.

We have expertise and experience in the following areas:-

  • Transformer temperature indication using:-
      • mA output from a transducer (LVDT) - in new instrument build or retro-fitted to a "live transformer"
  • Fibre optic data collection and/or remote indication using sensors measuring:
      • Temperature
      • Strain · Load
      • Pressure
      • Movement / Displacement

Retrofittable 0-20, 4-20 or 0-10mA analogue output transducer for installation on C102 & A275 temperature controllers.

  • Specifically for C102, C105, A275 & selected ARIC temperature controllers
  • Industry standard outputs in the range of 0-20mA available
  • No repositioning of existing instrument components required
  • User selectable output range
  • User adjustable span and zero
  • No alteration to instrument case required
  • Universal DIN or surface mounted universal power supply
  • On-site fitting, calibration and maintenance
  • Full installation and maintenance instructions supplied
